• Enable the TWS API The TWS API opens a local port through which software queries executions, positions and quotes. The TWS or the IB Gateway has to be running whenever data is fetched. →
• Set up a Flex Query With the Flex Web Service, software fetches your executions straight from the IBKR servers, without a running Trader Workstation. Setup takes about 20 minutes and is done once. →
• Export the account statement as CSV The Flex Web Service reaches back 365 days. For everything before that, the Account Statement as CSV delivers executions, cash transactions and corporate actions. →
