These terms of service apply to the use of the website foliograph.ch and the Foliograph software.
Services
Foliograph offers desktop software for trading journal and market analysis that runs locally on your computer. The feature set is described on the website.
No Investment Advice
The information provided on this website and in the software serves informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. Foliograph is a tool for evaluating your own trading account and does not replace financial advice.
Software Usage
Foliograph is available as a free trial for 30 days. After that an annual license is required, bought in the app. The license runs for one year from issue, does not renew automatically and is bound to the installation it was issued for. When you move to a new computer it is transferred on request. The software runs locally on your computer. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of imported data.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Foliograph assumes no liability for losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the website, software or information provided. In particular, no liability is assumed for investment decisions based on the software or website content. Liability for intent and gross negligence as well as mandatory statutory liability remain reserved.

All content on this website and the Foliograph software are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution or use without express permission is prohibited.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the operator in Switzerland. Mandatory statutory provisions and places of jurisdiction, in particular in favour of consumers, remain reserved.
